As another defensive player that could be a huge pick in fantasy, Laurent Koscielny is priced at £6.0, £1 less than the likes of John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic.
Don’t only sign Koscielny because you think he will get clean sheets — he’s so much more than that. He’s fantastic in the tackle and is likely to get a solid amount of bonus points, and in addition, he’s a goalscoring threat from set pieces, so I would bank on Koscielny as one of my five defenders.
My concern for Koscielny is his past knack for yellow cards. But due to his track record, I think that Wenger will be focused on keeping him out of the book, so hopefully he won’t be picking up -1s too often.
