Arsenal Predicted Starting XI To Face Everton
By Josh Sippie
Mesut Ozil and Theo Walcott
I strongly believe that Olivier Giroud should be starting. But he won’t. Arsene Wenger is a fan of the winning formula and he will not change it. Theo Walcott was not able to do much against Bayern Munich, while Giroud was. Walcott has to be aware that Giroud holds a lot of Wenger’s favor and that the internal competition is always abuzz.
Everton will likely open up enough to give Walcott some room to run in behind. From there, Ozil’s telekinesis will kick in and all Walcott will have to do is finish. That is the big question though. Can Walcott finish consistently?
And then there is Mesut Ozil. Leave it to the German maestro to go from ‘the invisible man’ to having his talent so strongly recognized that it becomes a laughing matter. It is literally hilarious how good Mesut Ozil is. I pegged Bayern Munich as a huge test for Mesut Ozil. He passed. He passed with flying colors. Everton will be child’s play for him.
