HENRIKH MKHITARYAN

CAM, Arsenal

3.5

Shockingly poor early on. Looked like he was trying way too hard to force open the door. Unfortunately, that never changed. Had one positive moment, but other than that he created zero chances and took zero shots. He didn’t look up for the intensity of his first ever North London Derby. Get’em next time, Mick.

MESUT OZIL

CAM, Arsenal

6.3

Had a lot of trouble getting into the game. Seemed to be constantly under pressure, as no one else was stepping up to relieve that pressure. Still, created the most chances on the team which, granted, was only two, but it’s better than the rest of the zeroes across the board.

PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG

ST, Arsenal

6.0

Completely misused. Lee Dixon was right, when you’ve got a player like Aubameyang, why aren’t you trying move over-the-top balls or threaded through balls? Every time they did, they found space. On one he was incorrectly flagged offside, another was a correct offside, another was a corner. They only tried three times. And guess what? He isn’t a winger!
