Another one of Arsenal's better performers alongside Rice was his midfield partner Thomas Partey. He played some nice passes, completing 55 out of 63, and even showed some athleticism as he scythed through Bournemouth's midfield with a driving run early on.

The Ghanaian completed four defensive actions and five recoveries. He won eight duels and drew two fouls throughout. Across the game, Partey did well to battle in the midfield and try keep his side in the game for as long as possible.

While it wasn't a brilliant performance, Partey was certainly one of his side's standout performers in the defeat.
