Reserves Hammered By Chelsea, 4-0
The Arsenal reserves were in action this evening and unfortunately they failed to get a result and were unfortunately hammered by our West London rivals, Comrade Chel$ki & His Lonely Russian Billionaire’s Hearts Club Band, in a 4-0 drubbing.
The bad thing about this reserves match is, it’s not like Chelsea used a veteran reserves side themselves or anything, but apparently the Arsenal reserves couldn’t ever get in gear and were beaten handily. But powerful, young Belgian striker, Romelu Lukaku (he of Football Manager 2010 wonderkid fame) scored for the Blue$, while Nathaniel Chabolah added a brace before Brazilian starlet, Lucas Piazon, rounded out the scoring for the decisive Chel$ki victory.
Arsenal Reserves: (formation actually a guess in some spots as Arsenal.com’s reserve match reports aren’t always accurate in terms of positions) Damian Martinez; Sead Hajrovic (Josh Rees on in 62nd minute) – Daniel Boateng (c) – Martin Angha – Elton Monteiro; Nico Yennaris – Oguzhan Ozyakup – Craig Eastmond; Jernade Meade – Rhys Murphy – Zak Ansah (Kyle Ebecilio on in 62nd minute)
Unused subs: James Shea, George Brislen-Hall, Jordan Wynter
