Wigan sign Miyaichi on season-long loan deal

Arsenal’s Japanese youngster Ryo Miyaichi has joined Premier League side Wigan Athletic on a season-long loan deal today. The 19 year-old gained Premier League experience after spending half a season at relegated Bolton Wanderers last year. The deal will allow him to play on a regular basis and gain vital first-team experience for when he comes back to Arsenal at the beginning of the 2013/14 season.
Good luck at Wigan, Ryo. I look forward to seeing how he does week in, week out in the Premier League. Hopefully he’ll be leaving Wigan with Arsenal fans drooling over the prospect of him back in an Arsenal shirt.
