Liverpool U21’s vs Arsenal U21’s – Live on LFCTV Tonight
By Tom Humphrey
Arsenal’s U21 team travel to Anfield tonight to take on Liverpool’s U21 side. Last night I found out that the game is being broadcast on Liverpool’s TV Channel (LiverpoolFCTV) which is a free channel to anyone who has Sky as their service provider here in the UK.
For those of you outside the UK, I am sure it will be available on a computer stream. I have managed to see a few reserve games this season on a live stream on the computer. Considering this is being broadcast on a TV channel here in the UK, it shouldn’t be a problem.
The coverage starts at 6:45pm and the game kicks off at 7pm. I remember watching the same fixture live on LFCTV last year, it ended 1-1 and Abou Diaby played after recovering from a lengthy injury (sound familiar?). The Frenchman was on the scoresheet that day too.
I saw in the newspaper this morning that youngster Gedion Zelalem is possibly going to make his debut at this level tonight, so keep an eye out for him if he plays. He is being compared to a young Cesc Fabregas in the press, but then every Arsenal youngster gets compared to a legend from the past (e.g. ‘Diaby is the new Vieira’ when he signed and so on).
