Angha agrees Nuremberg move
By Tom Humphrey
Arsenal defender Martin Angha has agreed to join German club FC Nuremberg after signing a pre-contract agreement with them.
The Swiss youngster has spent the last three years at Arsenal and has made two first-team appearances during that time, both of which came this season. His debut came in the 6-1 win against Coventry in the League Cup back in September. He then came on as a substitute in the Champions League defeat against Olympiakos, when the Gunners fielded a weakened team.
As well as this, Angha has been a regular in the Under-21 team and featured in the NextGen Series team that progressed all the way to the semi-finals of the tournament.
I have no doubt that Nuremberg will be offering Angha more first-team opportunities than he will get at Arsenal, so this is probably the reasoning behind the decision to move.
I would like to wish Martin all the best with his move to Nuremberg, I hope it works out well for him. As well as this, I thank him for his contributions to the club over his 3 year stay.
