By Tom Humphrey
Arsenal have today announced that they will become the first ever Premier League club to visit Vietnam this summer as they will play against the country’s national team as part of their Asia Tour this summer.
The game will be played at My Dinh National Stadium which has a capacity of 40,000.
Details of the fixture can be seen below:
Vietnam vs Arsenal
My Dinh National Stadium, Hanoi
Wednesday, 17th July 2013
Kick off: TBC
Arsenal have 1 game in Indonesia, 1 in Vietnam and 2 in Japan as part of their Asia Tour this summer. Whilst I have no doubt that money plays a major factor in the Gunners going there every year, it is great that they are going out there as they have so many fans in Asia and they deserve to see their team play at least once, even if it is only in pre-season.
Arsenal have confirmed another game for their Asia Tour this summer.
