Sagna refuses to rule out summer move

Bacary Sagna has again hinted at a possible exit from Arsenal this summer amid reports that both PSG and Monaco are interested in his services this summer.
The Frenchman will have just one year left on his deal going into this summer and there has been a lot of speculation regarding his future in the press.
Sagna is set for talks with the club this summer over a possible new deal, but he refused to rule anything out when talking to the French media.
He said the following to Le 10 Sport:
"“Of course it makes me proud to read PSG are interested. They are a very attractive clubPersonally I’ve not been approached by PSG. I don’t know if they have contacted my agent or if these are rumours. At Arsenal, in the dressing room they tease me every day telling me I will leave to play at PSG, but it is speculation.I don’t know what is going to happen. I could very well extend my contract here in London but equally I could leave at the end of the season. I only have one year left on my contract. We will see.At the moment I am fully focused on Arsenal. I don’t know what will happen this summer.I have to see the directors again regarding an extension to my contract. Monaco would be a new challenge. I don’t close any door to PSG, Monaco or Arsenal.” – Bacary Sagna on his future at Arsenal – Quotes: Sky Sports"
Last night there were also rumours of a possible big money move to Russia with Anzhi Makhachkala reportedly interested in him. Whatever happens, it appears as though there is certainly plenty of interest in Sagna this summer.
I made my thoughts on Sagna perfectly clear in a piece earlier this season. I would sell Sagna, his head certainly doesn’t seem as if it is at Arsenal. I would give Carl Jenkinson, a proper Gooner a chance as the first choice right-back, he hasn’t let us down when called upon before. Hector Bellerin has impressed me a lot for the reserves too, so maybe he could get promoted as Jenkinson’s backup if Sagna is sold.
Of course, the final option would be to buy a replacement for Sagna should he leave, something I wouldn’t be opposed to either. Personally I think Sagna is pretty well certain to leave the club this summer. From everything I’ve heard and seen this season, why should we keep him any longer?. That’s my personal opinion though, others are entitled to theirs of course.
