Arsenal target wants to leave Real Madrid

Reported Arsenal target Gonzalo Higuain claims he wants to leave Real Madrid this summer for a change of scenery. The Argentinian is in and out of the squad at Real and has been linked with a move to Arsenal in recent months.

Higuain has been quoted as saying the following:

"“I am leaving Real Madrid, the decision has been made, I feel the time is right and I want a change of scenery,’I have not decided where I will go, but the club already know that I want to go. It was my decision.I want to go where I can prove myself really. I have several offers. Arsenal would face competition from Italian champions Juventus for Higuain’s services and he commented on a possible move to Turin:

"“Yes, they are a possibility but I do not know.It [partnering Llorente] would be wonderful. We’ll see what happens.”"
