Arsene Wenger is not going to buy a striker, and Swansea, having just sold Wilfried Bony, are not going to sell another striker.
The Express is reporting that Arsenal have made a six million pound bid for the striker, but there’s no credibility behind this report. Gomis has said that his agent has been speaking to other clubs, but having conversations and being on the brink of a deal are far from the same thing.
If Wenger wanted a striker, he wouldn’t be shipping his off left and right. Wenger is not the type of manager who would loan out a player just to sign someone in his stead.
