Another match is nearly upon us, this time against relegation contenders Queens Park Rangers. Arsenal are fresh off of a deceivingly dominant game against Everton that they won 2-0. It wasn’t a pretty match, but it was needed to get Arsenal back on the right foot.

The squad that played against Everton was defensively sound and while it lacked the offensive push that we’re used to seeing at Arsenal, it rarely looked in danger of surrendering a goal.
This coming starting eleven is a tough one to predict. The short layoff and complete mix of recent form across all players makes the impossibility of reading Arsene Wenger’s tactics even more impossible. But that’s the fun of it.
Per Mertesacker or Gabriel? Will Theo Walcott ever start? Where is Danny Welbeck on the totem pole? Is Francis Coquelin set to go?
So many questions, so little time, let’s get down to the starting eleven.
