Start Theo Walcott…

Theo Walcott did not impress me enough against West Ham to gain admittance in to the regular Starting XI. But what he did do is reaffirm what we already knew: that he’s fast, he makes good runs, he can get in behind the defense, and he can get attempts on goal.

While he botched his opportunities, he did create opportunities, and we’ll need plenty of those against Monaco. Walcott can finish. He was once a clinical finisher and that kind of talent doesn’t just go away. He’ll find his goal-scoring boots again, let’s just hope it’s against Monaco.
