Serge Gnabry

I’m ready for the return of Serge Gnabry. The soon-to-be 20 year old usually plays more of a midfield role, but he’s got good pace and technical ability and has already been used out wide for the Arsenal senior squad, where he notched his first goal.

ESPNFC reports that the young German is nearing a return to the Arsenal squad, and we’ll be happy to welcome another option on the wings, as the current stock is getting rather thin.

In fact, Gnabry could be back before Jack Wilshere comes back, as he was left out of the Monaco trip just as a precautionary measure.

Recovering from a long-term knee injury is no easy feat, and he’ll have his work cut out for him, but the kid has talent, he’s the youngest on the list, and he could be something special.
