Alexis perpetually needs a break, but he’ll never take one. In case you missed his fantastic outing against Brazil, here’s a clip:

The Chilean mastermind looked peppier than ever, as if he never even needed a break in the first place. His energy for Chile looked in stark contrast to how exhausted he’s looked for Arsenal lately. Hopefully this means that he’ll return from break with a renewed exuberance that will see him through to the end of the season.

We always know Alexis will give his all, but sometimes his all can be too much for his own fitness.

That being said, Alexis’s performance against Brazil was outstanding. He was the best Chilean player on the pitch. While he only had a 75% pass completion percentage, his dribbling was on point as he proved to be the catalyst for the Chilean national team.
