Arsenal’s Best Possible Squad to Start Against Hull City
By Josh Sippie
Gabriel Paulista and Laurent Koscielny
Paulista wasn’t even a sub against Chelsea, and I had preferred him to start. Yet again, I prefer him to start. Per Mertesacker has been good yet again but his time is dwindling and I honestly feel more comfortable with Paulista at the back, as he is far less prone to glaring mistakes as Per Mertesacker.
As far as Laurent Koscielny, he should be a shoe-in for years to come. He’s one of the best center backs in world football and his partnership with Gabriel Paulista needs to start garnishing more time.
