Five Reason Why Arsenal Are Easy Favorites to Win the Premier League Next Season
By Josh Sippie
Arsenal is a Healthy Team
As I mentioned in the previous slides – Arsenal are healthy. In the past year alone we’ve seen injuries to Olivier Giroud, Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott (just to name a few). That’s literally our entire attack.
I understand that some players can be more injury prone than others, but missing that many players is just bad luck, and that sort of stuff evens itself out.

However, the real change behind this new healthy Arsenal is a man they signed in July of 2014 by the name of Shad Forsythe, the new strength and conditioning coach.
One of Arsenal’s main problems with injuries in the past was that players would come back looking sluggish and, quite simply, worthless. Since Forsythe has been the conditioning coach, players have been coming back stronger than when they went down with injury. Look at Olivier Giroud, Mesut Ozil and Jack Wilshere. All suffered major injuries, all came back looking brand-spanking new.
The only possible answer as to why this sudden change occurred is Shad Forsythe, who is in charge of recovery.
