Arsenal’s Best Possible Starting Squad to Face Manchester United
By Josh Sippie
Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez
I suppose it’s kind of a moot point to keep stating that any specific Arsenal player wants to rebound after the Swansea affair more than any other Arsenal player, but these two may take the cake as far as needing a rebound.
Alexis Sanchez had so many golden opportunities that he put straight at Lukasz Fabianksi very uncharacteristically and there is no doubt in my mind that he spent the majority of the week working on finishing and finding the corners in positions like that.
Given the work ethic and mental prowess, Alexis is going to be gung-ho trying to make a direct impact on this game and I fully expect him to do so.
Aaron Ramsey had a bit more of a lackluster affair than most. With right wing not the preferred home of the Welshman, as he’s made us understand, he has to make due what he’s given and he will. He’s going to do what’s best for the team and right now, right wing is what’s best for the team.
Ramsey still saunters to the center in the free-form Arsenal attack, so it’s not completely foreign for him. United is the perfect candidate to see Ramsey return to form against.
