Arsenal and Chelsea Position by Position Comparison to Prove that Arsenal Will Take Title

Branislav Ivanovic vs Hector Bellerin
Hector Bellerin and Mathieu Debuchy will tag team the right back position, but for the time being, it looks like Bellerin is still the go-to guy after he viciously claimed the spot last year in the wake of injury problems all around him. The results were fantastic.
Bellerin looked like a future star as he displayed fantastic offensive abilities and plenty of pace and ability to get back on defense and cover for himself. He managed over two tackles and two interceptions per game (via Whoscored.com).

On the other side, the complete opposite of Bellerin is found: Branislav Ivanovic. Ivanovic is no speedster on the flanks, he is a large full back who’s primary objective is defense and set-pieces. He managed more tackles but significantly less interceptions per game than Bellerin, although he does have better offensive numbers, putting in four goals and adding five assists.
Verdict: This year means another year of experience for Bellerin and if he can improve on last year, he is going to be more effective than Ivanovic as a right back. His combined pace and agility make him a premium player wherever the ball may be.
