5 Things we learned from Arsenal’s defeat to West Ham
Yesterday was truly an occasion to forget for Arsenal fans as the gunners were hammered on the opening day of the season. Though plenty of chances were created by the outfit from North London they couldn’t take their chances and were punished by a clinical West Ham side.

It seemed as if Arsenal were destined to grab the 3 points in the opening stages of the game, but as they continued to fail to find the back of the net an all too familiar story began to unfold.
Goals in either half from Cheikhou Kouyaté and Mauro Zarate, respectively, sealed the fate of Arsenal on the day as the Gunners’ poor opening day performances continue.
