4. The Ox is a Stud

Many people, pundits and fans alike (including me) had tipped this year to be a breakout year for the former Southampton man (as we did the previous year).  Chamberlain looked good last season, but only when he was not sidelined with injury.

The Ox duly delivered in the community shield with an absolute cracker versus Chelsea and was once again on par in week one.  More often than not he was the catalyst for Arsenal going forward and was impressive in his attacking involvement.

His dribbling, service, and shots were an absolute revelation.  On a day when Arsenal’s midfield in particular looked ineffective the Ox was a pleasant bright spot.  Cheers to good health.
