2. Arsene Wenger still has the ambition to lead Arsenal

The past several seasons have seen our manager under increasing amounts of pressure and scrutiny with a significant portion of the Arsenal fan base even calling for him to step down. They claimed among other things that he was over the hill and ‘past it’ in regards to his tactics and motivation.

Anyone with a brain would have laughed at this, but yesterday was a great example that Mr. Wenger will still give everything to bring success to Arsenal. With the game dying down and still trailing by 2 goals Wenger brought on Walcott and Alexis, moving to what was described brilliantly as a “3-7” formation by the BBC.

Even more revealing were the reports that Wenger kept his losing side in the dressing room for 45 minutes after the match to lay into them.  Anyone who still thinks Wenger no longer has the fire or gall to win in the Premier League should politely shut it.
