By Josh Sippie
2. Victor Wanyama
I always rated Wanyama over his former Southampton team mate Morgan Schneiderlin, at least in terms of which one would better suit Arsenal.

In terms of offense, Schneiderlin had the upper hand statistically, but Wanyama was always right on his heels in every category, whether it be goals, assists, chances created or pass completion.
It was in defense that Wanyama showcased his talent. He completed 92.50% of his take-ons compared to Schneiderlin’s 72.73%. His was even higher than Francis Coquelin’s 84.62%.
Wanyama is a fear-invoking midfield bruiser, standing 6’2″ and weighing in at 167 pounds, he is a lean, mean machine.
What’s more is that Wanyama has offensive ability. He completed 85% of his passes last year, created three times as many chances as Francis Coquelin and has a fierce long shot that can strike at any time.
To make things more interesting, Wanyama has told Southampton that he wants to leave and his expected fee is to be in the 13 million pound range.
