Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain: 79, Theo Walcott: 81
Speaking of underrated-by-FIFA guys, Alex Oxlade-Chamberain ranks way up there. He may be a bit raw still, but he should at least be ranked an 80. The 78 that he began the year with was conspicuous enough but it never went up from there. As such, I can not see EA Sports doing him any favors.
Theo Walcott will stay at where he was last year. He would have dropped massively but he salvaged his season at the end and helped us remember why he was so good in the first place.
