Mikel Arteta – 81, Tomas Rosicky – 80, Mathieu Flamini – 76
Now we get to where Pain in the Arsenal got it totally wrong, as we rated these guys at 76, 78 and 74, respectively. Apparently age and non-usage is not as debilitating as it once was.

Mikel Arteta had about as big of an impact last year as Abou Diaby. Well, maybe a little more. But he gained a point. Rarely was the captain seen on the pitch. This is just generous on EA Sports’ behalf.
It is nice to see Tomas Rosicky not lose anything. He is still an excellent talent that deserves the rating he has. The fact that Wenger does not play him does not mean that he should take hits in the ratings. We know what he is capable of.
Meanwhile Mathieu Flamini did get docked a point, but that is far less than what we anticipated. Flamini is only going to be seen in the lowest levels of competition and even then we may not see him. He may be the latest freeze out.
