Arsenal’s Predicted Starting XI to Face Dinamo Zagreb

Arsenal beat Stoke City. And not only did they beat them but they scored two of their very own goals. And not only did they score two of their very own goals but they scored two of their very own goals with two of their very own strikers. It is a good time to be a Gunner.
Fresh off of their most conclusive win of the young campaign, Arsenal find themselves shipping off midweek to the middle of Croatia to face Dinamo Zagreb in the first stage of the Champion’s League group stages.

As always, there has already been some chatter ahead of time. Leonardo Sigali has done his best to frazzle Arsenal, saying “If we play against Arsenal like we did against Lokomotiva, who knows what can happen” (via the Daily Mail). However, despite what the perennial Croatian champs may believe, Arsenal is nothing like Lokomotiva.
Arsenal are fresh off of a real win. They are going to do all they can to build on that real win but there will be plenty of squad rotation involved, most likely. Arsenal’s defense in particular is going to predictably get shifted around and the attack should see some differences as well. It is in these other competitions that Arsenal’s depth and Wenger’s preparation for the season will get truly tested.
Fatigue will be fresh from the Stoke City match, but Arsenal still have to deploy a credible team that can get them off the ground in the Champion’s League.
