Arsenal roared to a 5-2 win over previously unbeaten Leicester City at the King Power Stadium. Helped along by an Alexis Sanchez hat-trick, Arsenal were well in control after working their way back into the match after conceding the opener. Here are your player ratings:

7.4. Will be disappointed to let two in, but had very little chance with either. A victim of poor Arsenal defending, he did have a couple key stops to keep the differential wide.. GK. Arsenal FC. PETR CECH

7.3. Very good job on the right for the most part, but stood off Vardy for the second goal. Can do better, will do better.. RB. Arsenal FC. HECTOR BELLERIN

7.8. Had an excellent game today, reading the game very well and making some fantastic standing tackles. Headed a couple dangerous balls out and was physical in the box all day.. CB. Arsenal FC. PER MERTESACKER

CB. Arsenal FC. LAURENT KOSCIELNY. 7.9. Equally as good as his German counterpart, Koscielny is a tremendous center back. Top five in the league.

NACHO MONREAL. 8.0. Had his battle with Mahrez circled in red today, and he came out the victor. While Mahrez had an all around bad day, Monreal curtailed him very well and made him work hard to create any impact.. CB. Arsenal FC

7.0. Substituted at half time due to a hamstring injury. Arsenal fans will be hoping it’s nothing too serious, as depth in holding midfield is lacking.  . MID. Arsenal FC. MATHIEU FLAMINI

7.6. Very good game for the Spaniard. Had a couple cracks at goal blocked and another cleared off the line. Pulled strings as he often does and showed off his excellent long passing ability.. MID. Arsenal FC. SANTI CAZORLA

7.4. Worked very hard today before being substituted, covering over six miles. Had a couple looks at goal, but took one too many touches and the window slammed shut.. MID. Arsenal FC. AARON RAMSEY

MESUT OZIL. 8.4. A brilliant pass to set up Alexis’ first goal, followed by a beautiful chipped pass for Alexis’ header. Would have easy claim to man of the match today, but we all know who that honor is going to.. MID. Arsenal FC

ALEXIS SANCHEZ. 8.8. MAN OF THE MATCH- WOW. An opportunistic first goal saw him open his account this season. The second was bred purely of work and desire, rising high and early to meet Ozil’s delicious delivery. The third was brash and inventive, bending it outside the post and then back in from a seemingly safe area.. MID. Arsenal FC

Snatched Arsenal’s opener shortly after going down 1-0, which had a huge effect on the rest of the match. His finish was excellent, and his movement, pace, and runs gave Leicester fits all day long. Theo Walcott has likely cemented his place in the middle for the time being.. MID. Arsenal FC. THEO WALCOTT. 8.2

MID. Arsenal FC. MIKEL ARTETA. 7.5. Came on for an injured Mathieu Flamini early and was good in defense. Had some concern about his ability to run with a blistering Leicester counter but in all honesty, if Flamini can deal, so can Arteta.

7.2. He’s excellent from the halfway line forward. While he works hard in defense, he has a tendency to get himself into trouble by playing the ball out from the back into dangerous areas. Still, a player with his pace and strength on the right can break a game and buy time and free kicks in the dying embers of a match.. MID. Arsenal FC. ALEX OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN

OLIVIER GIROUD. 7.4. Missed a good chance on a cross at his feet, then took an arguably more difficult one when a ball was played in slightly behind him, finishing through traffic to the near post. Has lost his starting job against all but the deepest lying defenses, but he’s the last man tired defenders want to see lacing up with twenty minutes to go.. ST. Arsenal FC
