Arsenal Predicted Starters To Face Tottenham Hotspur

Mathieu Debuchy and Nacho Monreal
I don’t think I stand alone when I point out how unhappy I was with Mathieu Debuchy’s performance against Bayern Munich. While no one on the defense looked particularly stoic, Debuchy continued to disappoint. He is falling so far behind Hector Bellerin in the right back race.

The only chances he has are ones like these. Debuchy is still a class defender but he is understandably down on himself and his confidence is faltering. Maybe a game or two in the starting XI will allow him to regain some of his confidence.
Thankfully, Nacho Monreal is healthy. I don’t need to talk about his form against Bayern Munich. But I do not think I need to point out how phenomenal he has been domestically either.
Arsenal’s wings are still in fantastic shape defensively. As long as Mathieu Debuchy can cope with Christian Eriksen, who is a midfielder more than a winger anyway.
