Olivier Giroud and Mesut Ozil

I don’t know if I can sing Olivier Giroud’s praises enough. The Frenchman has been superb, he has been absolutely crushing it, he has scored seven goals in seven games and he’s poised for more. He is the only striker in the Premier League with a goals-per-ninety under one and that is something to brag about.

It would have taken a special performance to look good against Bayern Munich but Olivier Giroud provided us with that special performance. He looked superb.

Behind him will be Mesut Ozil, the man who has supplied Giroud with four goals. Their combination is tied for tops in the league yet there is very little opposing defenses can do to stop them.

Ozil has asserted himself rather quickly to become the premier creative force in England and with the talent around him, it is only going to get better.

How did we do Gooners? What would you change?
