Along with being able to stay fresh and healthy, Arsenal will also have an added degree of flexibility. As it stands, the team sheet fills itself out. Injuries and lack of depth allow for no options. Everyone knows who is coming out onto the pitch. That is nice for the sake of continuity, but it is not nice in the sense that changes can be a good thing.

In terms of subs, Arsenal have next to nothing.
Bringing back even just one guy in Jack Wilshere (even though there will be more) will provide such a lift and such an added strategic angle. Jack Wilshere is absolutely first-team material. He has proven that. He provides another first-team option for an Arsenal that is currently starved for such.
That gives Arsene Wenger an edge when it comes to strategic thinking. Le Prof is displaying the ability to deploy various tactics and adding Jack Wilshere back to the mix gives him an added variation. He now has more options and that is never a bad thing.
Finally at number one, we get to the main thing we can expect out of the man, Jack Wilshere.
