The last kits that Nike would bring Arsenal featured a banded navy collar and banded sleeves the likes of which Arsenal had not seen since the Dreamcast jerseys of 2000 and while they were stylish and something new, it’s what they stand for and the transition that ensued that makes them memorable.

After a decade long trophy drought, Arsenal finally broke out with an FA Cup win that had them pitted against a Hull City squad that got off to a quick 2-0 lead. It took until the dying moments of extra time for the hero of the season, Aaron Ramsey, to put in the winner and get Arsenal off the trophy snide.

Following this year, Arsenal were proven to be on the right path to competing yet again, a path that only became clearer following the 2014/15 season.
