6. Chuba Akpom
If you are surprised that Akpom is this far up the list, trust me, I am just as shocked that I am putting him here. Arsenal’s top young talents are just impossible to sort out given their enormous talent levels.

Akpom has the makings of an Arsenal star (hence why he’s on this list). He recently signed a four year deal to keep him at the club and he snubbed Liverpool (applause) among many other European suitors at a time where Wenger was selling strikers left and right.
He has pace, strength and can dribble masterfully. Alexis Sanchez has nicknamed him Titi because of his similarities to Thierry Henry and he’s already got an impressive goal scoring tally for the England U21.
What’s the biggest vote of confidence for Akpom? During the winter transfer window, with just Olivier Giroud healthy, Wenger sold or loaned Lukas Podolski, Joel Campbell, Yaya Sanogo and Benik Afobe, leaving just Akpom to back up the Frenchman until Welbeck’s return. That speaks loads to the faith Wenger has in Akpom.

Needless to say, we’re pretty excited about this guy. And if for any reason you’re not, you should be. However, while his loan deal last season to Nottingham Forest didn’t turn out the most successful, his potential is still just waiting to be tapped.
At Hull City, he has already netted two sparkling goals, which can be seen here in case you missed them.
