Perhaps it was the insurmountable odds that lifted the pressure off, but Iwobi looked absolutely fantastic, as he even netted a goal, and a rather splendid one at that, against Lyon in the Emirates Cup.
Arsene Wenger spoke of the young winger via SkySports, saying: I like his team attitude, his movement. We have a game based on movement and speed, and he integrates that very well. He has good power and is usually efficient – he scores goals a lot.”
