Farfetch’d will not be seen without his green onion baton, which he wields like a marching band leader. Consider it like the captain armband that is seen on Arteta’s arm. Both will defend their symbol of authority with their life.

In the end though, Arteta’s viability on the pitch is waning. He never was a defensive midfielder, but he continues to be used as one. Farfetch’d is also relatively irrelevant in the grand scheme. Mikel Arteta may be wielding some authority but when it comes to actual battles and encounters, he is rarely seen or useful.
