Theo Walcott – Raichu

Always a favorite of Ash Ketchum, Theo Walcott too, is a favorite of Arsene Wenger at Arsenal. But until he moved to striker, Walcott was still just a Pikachu. Pikachu is known to release electric bursts from its body in varying intensities. Likewise, Theo Walcott is known to make bursts of energies on runs, also of varying intensities.

But in the end, Theo Walcott is stuck, much like Ash Ketchum’s Pokemon, between wanting to remain as a Pikachu and finally evolving into a Raichu in order to harness his full electrical power. He seems to be a Raichu for now, but he still has Pikachu days.
