And yet Barcelona sold him, choosing to replace him with Luis Suarez. But it was not just Barcelona’s decision, Alexis chose to quit Barcelona for Arsenal.

Leaving behind Barcelona to find more success at another team is always a dicey endeavor. Yet that is exactly what Alexis Sanchez is trying to do and what better time to start than now? Alexis is going to want to stick it to Barcelona and show them that he made the right choice. He will want to show them that he did not need La Liga to find success. That he could find it on the most competitive stage in all of football.
