5. Earth To Liverpool

Since Jurgen Klopp took over our Anfield rivals, Liverpool has had quite the wide array of results. After beating City 4-1, Swansea 1-0 and Southampton by a ridiculous margin of 6-1, they looked to be taking the fast lane to Champions League contention. But then the most recent string of games began.

Following the Southampton romping, Liverpool lost to lowly Newcastle 2-0, drew 0-0 in the Europa League to Sion, and drew 2-2 against West Brom. It has us all wondering what Liverpool is actually capable of this year. No doubt that January will mean a lot of business for Klopp and his men as he seeks to put his own touch on the team, but in the mean time they are missing out on crucial points.

Liverpool will be facing an in-form Watford on Sunday. A Watford club that sits a point above Liverpool at seventh in the table. They have won their last three matches. While they may have been against lesser opponents, momentum has a funny way of carrying on.

That being said, Liverpool will be expected to take the points from the Hornets. They have a long climb to make it into European contention but anything less than that will undoubtedly be disappointing for Klopp, despite the less-than-pleasant situation he came into.
