Arsenal: Better Sound Clip, Aaron Ramsey Or Chelsea Steward?

Arsenal had two heroic sound clips emerge, one from midfielder Aaron Ramsey and one from a Chelsea steward. Whose hand would you shake first?

Any big team is going to have their fair share of enemies and Arsenal is no exception. While football is ‘only a sport’ there are still going to be those handful of people, or entire organizations, that just rub you the wrong way. After all, Arsenal have at least five clear cut rivals. It’s a vicious world out there.

As such, it only makes sense that we are going to be blessed with some phenomenal sound clips when it comes to these ‘enemies’ of Arsenal. It makes it even better when it comes from someone like Aaron Ramsey.

Appearing on “A League Of Their Own”, Ramsey was questioned about what his first move as prime minister would be. The result can be seen below:

Hard to argue with his political platform. This comes on the back of Ramsey continually being linked to a move to Barcelona, so it’s nice to see Ramsey asserting a little stamp of Arsenal all over the media.

Ironically enough, it was back in the 1913 when Arsenal was last relegated, but after some rather skeptical elections, Arsenal was voted back into the top tier at the expense of Tottenham. Therefore when Ramsey is inevitably elected Primer Minister, his relegation of Tottenham will not be the first time that the Spurs have had to rue the day they crossed Arsenal.

But let’s not let Ramsey take all the heroics of the day. A clip has just emerged from Stamford Bridge earlier this year where a steward working at Stamford Bridge was able to claim Cesc Fabregas’ attention. He wasted no time with his opportunity:

Harsh? Maybe. And it seems a bit harsher given how awful Chelsea are doing and how Mesut Ozil has made Fabregas irrelevant, but let’s not forget what it felt like seeing Fabregas holding that EPL trophy last year wearing that gross blue color.

So there is the question, Gooners, who do deserves more credit, Aaron Ramsey or the steward that was probably fired on the spot?

Personally, I’d give this figurative award to Aaron Ramsey. It’s nice to see Arsenal emanating from the Welshman again with the Barcelona rumors swirling. Plus, while the steward did something brash and entertaining, it was also rather daft because chances are he lost his job.

Whatever the case. Long live all the Gooners out there.
