Arsenal Predicted Starters To Face Everton

After being knocked out of 2 cups in 3 days, Arsenal face Everton in the EPL. Will they be able to take all three points to stay alive in the title race?

In the space of just three days, Arsenal have crashed out of two competitions in the FA Cup and the Champions League. Their defeat to Watford on Sunday was a little bit more inexplicable than their rather predictable  loss at the hands of Barcelona in the round of 16.

Now, any success that Arsenal may have this season hinges on the Premier League, but even that is looking bleak, and it isn’t about to get any easier for them. Up next is a trip to Goodison Park to take on Everton, who have had some lucky results against Arsenal in recent times.

The Gunners will not appreciate having to going up against a tough opponent given their run of poor form, and against which they barely scraped past back in October. Arsene Wenger will likely field a similar squad to the one that lost to Barcelona. Even though they lost 3-1, the Gunners’ performance was not entirely reflective of the scoreline.

In hindsight, Arsenal played quite well, and they will need to put in another inspired performance against Everton if they want to salvage anything from their dwindling title hopes.
