Arsenal have an opportunity to enact a little vengeance against their FA Cup conquerors. Everyone should be rested, so here’s where to watch.

Arsenal return to action after an excruciatingly long international break and they will be looking for points. Arsene Wenger has stated that eight wins will be enough to conquer the Premier League in a season that has become everything it was never supposed to be – trophy-less.

Thankfully, Arsenal went to break with a good taste in their mouth, having handily disposed of Everton at Goodison Park by a score of 2-0. Nobody obtained a serious injury during international break, although Danny Welbeck did need more treatment on his knee. It remains to be seen in what capacity he will be used.

The opponent is perfect. Watford. The team that came into Arsenal’s house and knocked them out of the FA Cup. I don’t think Arsenal gets riled up easily, but if they were ever to do so, now would be the time. The three-peat is over and the Premier League is looking unlikely, it’s time to enact some vengeance on a team that has less quality, yet still stunned them.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

Arsenal is notorious for completely shifting gears after international break, so it will be interesting to see how they come out. Players are starting to hit the microphone with obvious frustrations as to what went wrong this season, but they are also ripe with optimism that the season can still turn around. So we have to be satisfied with that at least.

Petr Cech, Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky are all back in training, meaning that at least Cech should be available to face Watford. Santi Cazorla remains out for an additional month, which is equal parts shocking and indifferent.

Anyway, here’s the facts on where to watch.
