Arsenal may be in free fall, but defending the house against Manchester City adds a bit of impetus. Here are all the ways to watch.

Arsenal’s quest for glory this year may already be over. Unless you count the FA Cup as glory, which, given the semi-finalists, you would have every right to. But in terms of tracking down that illusive Premier League title, all hope is gone, barring divine intervention.

Which has led to an utter crumbling from the Gunners. They have lost six of their last nine across all competitions and it doesn’t look like it’s shaping up any time soon. Especially after allowing West Brom to walk all over them to the tune of 3-1.

Manchester City is obviously not going to make it easy. Not even at the Emirates. City still have title aspirations and they have a clear directive, whereas Arsenal has no idea what their team will look like in three or four months, nor do they have any idea who will be leading the club.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

There is more confusion at the club than there has been in the past two decades and no answers appear at the ready.

The talent is still there though, as Alexis Sanchez will be back at it and Mesut Ozil should be back to starting, meaning that there should be plenty to prove from everybody on the pitch on both sides.

In terms of team news, the North Londoners will be missing Petr Cech, which means that the enigmatic David Ospina will be back between the posts. You can be forgiven if that does’t inspire you with confidence. He will have a fully healthy back line to defend him though.

On City’s side, Kevin De Bruyne will (thankfully) be missing, as will Gabriel Jesus, but, unlike the Gunners, two absences won’t derail this City attack. Sergio Aguero, David Silva and Leroy Sane will still be at the ready to pierce a disturbingly spineless Gunners defense. It will not be an easy endeavor, to say the least.

These are the Gunners though, a club that is often capable of just about anything. Even Raheem Sterling has admitted that at any moment, they can turn it around. And if the last few years have told us anything, it’s that sooner or later these Gunners make one last charge up the table.

That said, here are the match facts and how to watch:
