Arsenal will hope to find some sort of momentum against Leicester City and you will want to watch, so here are all the facts and how to do so.

Every time we think Arsenal are on the brink of some real momentum, they go off and blow it. After beating Lincoln City 5-0 they were smashed by West Brom 3-1. After beating West Ham 3-0, Crystal Palace returned the favor and defeated the Gunners 3-0.

We’ve now had two gritty, hard-fought wins in a row, both by a score of 2-1. Neither looked like a masterclass, but both shared that common 3-4-3 formation that looks to be a bit of fine-tuning away from being just that – a masterclass.

Facing Leicester City at home has it’s promise to be the next step towards momentum. The Gunners have fared rather well against the Foxes, beating them twice even in their improbable Premier League title run. In fact, Arsenal hasn’t lost to Leicester in nine straight league games at the Emirates and in the past 20 duels, the Gunners haven’t lost.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

Seems promising enough, but the Foxes are in a fight to avoid relegation and every point counts. Combine that with the fragility this North London club as shown and you know there will be plenty of spirit and momentum shifts on the pitch.

From the Gunners side of things, they are going to be hoping Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain can get back out there after leaving the FA Cup semi-final match on crutches. Early indications are that he will be healthy enough to play, but then you have to ask the question of whether you risk him or not.

And of course, everyone is excited to see if Wenger sticks with that 3-4-3 formation or if he rotates a bit in an attempt to keep the club fresh. With Shkodran Mustafi coming back into the mix, it will be interesting to see what Le Prof does with that defense as the German is probably going to be preferred as soon as he is healthy.

I don’t think either club involved could have imagined where they would be in the table at the end of last year. Both clubs had gobs of momentum and all the talent in the world. Or so it seemed.

Anyway, here are all the facts and where to watch:
