Let’s face it. Some of the players Arsenal possess are either not talented enough or getting old. If we want to keep up with Chelsea, Man United, Man City and the other major teams, we have to spend money.

We may not boast the same amount of money that other major BPL teams have, but that’s why we sell dead weight and buy players that will actually benefit us.

With that being said, here are the five players that Arsenal need to sell this summer, starting at No. 5.

5. Petr Cech

Yes, my first player is Petr Cech. You may ask, “why? He’s our best goalkeeper!”

Well for starters, he is 34 years old and it’s time to let him go. Injuries have recently plagued him alongside numerous inconsistent games. Another considerable stat is that he hasn’t saved a penalty in a Gunner’s uniform. He just throws his body in any direction without giving a thought on where the penalty taker might shoot.

Another example of his poor performance is against Manchester City in the FA Cup Final. It was obvious to every living, breathing soul watching that Aguero was going to chip that shot in. Everyone except Cech.

Instead of easily reaching for the ball, he tried to reenact the Matrix and gave up the easy goal. Luckily the goal didn’t cost Arsenal the game, because it would’ve made me more livid than I already was. We should sell Cech as this is the highest value he will be.

Moving on to No. 4.
