4. Pablo Fornals

Many of you know that I have been obsessed with seeing Isco come to Arsenal ever since he was first linked in January of 2014, but the longer the two go without uniting, the less likely it seems. So the next best thing is to nab the next Isco before he becomes the next Isco.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

Pablo Fornals is strikingly similar to Isco, as I covered just yesterday. He boasts similar size and athleticism, as well as boasting nearly the exact same numbers as Isco had in his first full year at Malaga. Both in goals scored, assists, chances created, defensive actions, everything is as close to identical as you can be without being a doppelganger.

With a cheap price tag of£10m, Fornals offers a similar upside to what Kownacki offers. Get these big name guys before their name gets any bigger. That was the problem with Kylian Mbappe, we waited too long to really go hard. Now he is too big.

Rob Holding, again, is a great example. Arsenal didn’t wait, they snapped him up at the first sign of him being a future star and it’s already paying dividends in the first year. Fornals can offer that same upside.

Let’s stay in the midfield at No. 3.
