Attack

2.3. Just… so bad. He was offside twice as much as the rest of the team combined. He was dispossessed more than anyone else on the pitch, Koln included. His shots were feeble. There was nothing there for Walcott. He was absolutely terrible. When Wenger subs off Walcott, it’s a clear sign that Le Prof agrees. This was horrid.. CAM. Arsenal. THEO WALCOTT

He started incredibly poorly. Poor passes and a lack of any real cohesion, but in the second half, that turned around. He was the primary instigator again and his goal was simply fantastic. His body language tells a sad story, but maybe in time he can be happy again here.. CAM. Arsenal. ALEXIS SANCHEZ. 8.2

Arsenal. OLIVIER GIROUD. 7.7. Giroud was put in a tough situation too, because that first half gave him nothing to work with. He dropped into midfield to try to get a touch on the ball, but there was just nothing for him. Started to settle into the second half, with some excellent link up play and flick-ons. Shame he didn’t get a goal, as he deserved one.. ST

Finally, the subs.
