Arsenal return to Premier League action to face Swansea City and you want to watch. Here is everything you could want to know about the match.

Arsenal have managed to get some good traction ever since dropping silly points away at Watford. Smashing Everton at Goodison Park was pure, unadulterated brilliance from the attack, and the midweek heroics at Norwich City from the main man, Eddie Nketiah, have to have the club in some fantastic spirits.

Which is good, because we’re back at the Emirates to face visiting Swansea City and there is optimism aplenty.

Most of that optimism is centered on Mesut Ozil, who came in like a wrecking ball against a baffled Everton defense. He sliced and diced for eight chances all on his own and scored a headed goal and notched an assist in the process.

The big question on everyone’s mind, mainly mine, is can he do it again? Can Ozil be a hero in front of a home crowd? That’s what we all want to see. And of course, we also want to see if Alexis Sanchez‘s garbage-time goal against Everton will push him to bigger and better things, such as more frequent goals.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

On the injury side of things, the Gunners have nothing to worry about. The AOL triangle is going to be back out there working the magic act yet again, ideally turning five goals into seven or something ridiculous like that.

The only regular players that will miss the contest are Shkodran Mustafi and Danny Welbeck. Which means that the big man Per Mertesacker will be back in the fray, barring anything crazy, and I always get excited when we get to watch him lumber around.

On Swansea’s side of things, there are considerable injuries to worry about. While Renato Sanches has struggled a ton this year, it would be such an Arsenal thin to see the Portuguese starlet hit prime form at the Emirates. However, he is hurt, so no need to worry.

Martin Olsson is also out, leaving Swansea stretched rather thin at fullback, which could give our lads a lot of joy. Wilfried Bony is also out, so his aerial presence will not be a concern, particularly off the bench.

Tammy Abraham is going to be the main point of concern, as he has been such a standout performer for them this year.
