Arsenal press on in the Carabao Cup with a match against recent opponent West Ham. Here are all the ways to watch and the match facts.

It’s serious time for the Carabao Cup. With just eight teams left, all but one of whom are in the Premier League and four of eight who are in the top five of the top flight, it’s time to buckle down make it clear just how much this cup means. That said, Arsenal may not have it as their top priority, but winning the earliest trophy sets the tone a bit.

The Gunners assumedly drew the second best possible draw, given table position, but the Hammers have changed. Behind David Moyes, they look like what they were supposed to look like from the start of the season. Even against Arsenal in the middle of last week, the Hammers were pretty fierce and determined to grind out a point which, in the end, they did.

Coming into the Carabao Cup, rotation will be the name of the game. It’s likely that both teams will run with a bit of a dulled down starting XI, as they have throughout the Carabao Cup run to this point.

For the Gunners though, that gets complicated, as two of their primary rotation guys, Jack Wilshere and Ainsley Maitland-Niles, have moved into the first choice starting XI, which gives Arsene Wenger plenty to think about, as if he needed any more.

More from Pain in the Arsenal

In terms of team news, Theo Walcott will be starting for the Gunners, in what should be a telling match for the man that so clearly needs to be a winger. Going beyond that, they will be missing their usual three, with no other concerns beyond that.

For West Ham, the injuries are rampant, although it’s unclear how much they would have affected them given the suspected rotation. Arnautovic, Carroll, Fernandes and Zabaleta are all doubtful while Noble, Fonte, Byram and Kouyate are all ruled out.

Even still, it’s into the nitty-gritty, so all matches figure to be quite well contested. Here are all the ways you can watch:
