Centre-Halves

4.1. So, so poor. He was slipping and sliding and screwing up all day. Was awful on the first goal, made more awful plays throughout the match and, were it not for a few wonderful clearances, would have been docked even more points. He is past his best and it is painfully obvious. We need to start treating this like it is the relevant problem that it is.. CB. Arsenal. LAURENT KOSCIELNY

Only played the first half before succumbing to an ankle injury, but he too was poor. It was just plain sloppy at times and like I said with Koscielny – this is a rowing theme. Less so with Monreal, who has been solid more times than not, but it is not exactly getting better, it is getting worse.. CB. Arsenal. NACHO MONREAL. 5.2
