Man of the Match. It’s not that Ozil was amazing or majestic, it’s just that he was kind of like Wilshere – he was decent enough to not be one of the many names I was cursing throughout the course of the match. He was smart on the ball, made a couple of mistakes, but often made up for them. Not just that, but his goal to give Arsenal the lead was the very essence of coolly-taken. It’s such a crying shame that was’t the match winner. This is another step in the right direction for Ozil.. CM. Arsenal. MESUT OZIL. 7.5

7.0. I feel so bad for him. It was nice to see him get animated, but it was for all the wrong reasons. He was livid with his team mates and their lack of attention. Lacazette was making the same runs he always makes but no one seemed to care. Which made Lacazetteforce himself on the game and try far harder than was needed and before you knew it, he was struggling too. He was never at the level of everyone else in the match though, and in the end, his assist to Ozil was sublime and his link-up play was solid throughout.. ST. Arsenal. ALEXANDRE LACAZETTE
